Make & Take Art Studio - May Sessions

In this weekly hands-on class artists of all ages will create a brand new project each session. From painting with acrylics or watercolor, to sculpture and mixedmedia, each week brings a fresh creative challenge and a chance to explore different materials and techniques. All supplies are provided and projects are designed to be completed in one session. No experience is needed, just curiosity and a love for creative fun!
If you would like to save money, purchase our monthly "Make and Take Art Studio Bundle" which includes all four sessions for a reduced rate.
Registration closes twenty four hours before each session and no walk-ins will be permitted.
Kids Creating with DaVinci: Summer Make & Take Art Studio (Grades K – 8)
Step into a world of creativity, curiosity, and invention inspired by Leonardo da Vinci. This unique Acorn to Oak Studios summer program blends art and hands-on building, inviting students in grades K–8 to think like artists and create like innovators.
Through sketching, designing, and experimenting, students will explore ideas such as flight, movement, and structure—bringing their own inventions to life along the way. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are, encouraging creativity for younger learners and deeper problem-solving for older students.
The experience culminates in a special Innovation Expo, where students proudly showcase their work to family and community.
